The main house is over 3000 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms. A large Master bedroom offers a king bed and a sitting area with a couch and tv. Both the second and third bedrooms have large bay windows overlooking the pool and the other looking out onto the lush landscaped property, both bedrooms have king beds. The house is spacious with multiple gathering areas including the living room and great room. The pool in the backyard is very large with lots of space to sit and enjoy the sun.
The house is very typical of old Hawaii, everything on one level, except a sunken living room, very warm feeling upon entering the home with lots of big windows throughout. Nearly every room in the home has a vaulted ceiling, which gives the house a spacious feeling.
